Training in your own home means there is no separation between your health and fitness and the rest of your life. This helps to break through the mental barriers we sometimes create about working out or “going to the gym.” You don’t have to leave your fur babies or lock them in another room to get your workout done! Believe me when I say the cats and dogs LOVE to join us for our workouts.
